Interactive infographic · International Design Week Graz · 2025
The work is based on data from the Socio-Economic Panel (SOEP), a representative long-term study with around 30,000 participants in Germany. The interactive graphic is activated by touch — the projection changes dynamically in response to the movement of the hand.
Created in the workshop "Beyond Data Visualization" under the guidance of Eva Maria Heinrich, in collaboration with Natascha Schröer. Shown at the International Design Week Graz.

Loneliness is not a private problem. It changes how people think about democracy.
Those who experience prolonged loneliness trust institutions less, are more likely to believe in conspiracy theories, and feel less connected to political parties. These correlations are measurable — and this interactive infographic makes them visible.
